• Please do NOT book any tradepersons to be on site until your materials have been delivered to avoid disappointment.
• Please ensure access for an 18-26 tonne vehicle to crane off into position. Any issues with access please message us beforehand.
• Deliveries can ONLY be made to the kerbside of your address – if a hiab crane is used – this will reach a maximum distance of 5m and then it is the customers obligated to move the item from there.
• Drivers are not permitted or insured to drop anywhere other than kerbside.
